  2. 1/2 cupmatar
  3. 1green chilli
  4. 1onion
  5. 1 tbspgarlic ginger paste
  6. 1 tspjeera
  7. 1 tspmustard seeds
  8. 1 tspTurmeric powder
  9. leavesCurry
  10. leavesCoriander
  11. 1 tbspghee
  12. 1 tbspoil
  13. Salt as per taste

  15. 1 tbspKanda lasun chutany

    Wash the rice and matar,cut the onion

    Put the pressure cookar on medium flame,add ghee and oil, give tadaka of mustard seeds,curry leaves,jeera then add Turmeric powder, green chilli,add onion,fry until golden brown,add matar and fry for 1 min,then add washed rice and stir all these ingradients

    Add garam masala Kanda lasun chutney, add 2 cup of water,salt as per taste and close the lead of cookar and make 3 whistle and after 10 mins open the cookar and eat the rice with raita or aachar
