Ingredients

  1. 24 ouncesfresh Brussel sprouts, trimmed, cut in half
  2. Olive oil
  3. 1onion, sliced
  4. 10 clovesgarlic, minced
  5. 1 pack (14 ounces)kielbasa, sliced
  6. 1/8 teaspoonblack pepper
  7. 1/8 teaspooncrushed red pepper
  8. 1/3 CupRed Wine Vinegar & Olive Oil salad dressing
  9. 1 cupfrozen mixed vegetables

Cooking Instructions

    Heat some olive oil in a large deep skillet …….

    Sauté your sliced onion, minced garlic and kielbasa until kielbasa is slightly browned, stirring occasionally……..

  3. 3

    Next add in your Brussel sprouts, black pepper, crushed red pepper, red wine vinegar dressing and continue to cook until brussel sprouts are tender…….

  4. 4

    Add in your frozen mixed vegetables and heat through, then serve and enjoy 😉!
