Ingredients

  1. 1 packbak choy
  2. 2Chinese sausage
  3. slicesGarlic and ginger
  4. 1little cooking oil

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Wash bakchoy then blanch for a minute.

  2. 2

    Steam Chinese sausage for 5 mins.Then slice it and set aside.

  3. 3

    Stir fry garlic and ginger in a pan with oil.

  4. 4

    Then drop in bakchoy stir fry it then add oyster sauce.

  5. 5

    Cook until done then add sausage.
