Delicious Crispy Grilled Salted Mackerel

☆Thank you for over 1000 reviews and being inducted into the Hall of Fame☆
Crispy on the outside, tender on the inside♪ Quick and easy!
Great as a side dish, for lunch boxes, or as a snack☆
The origin of this recipe
When it came to salted mackerel, it was always grilled mackerel, so I decided to try something different.
I thought adding vinegar to meat makes it tender, so I tried it with fish, and it turned out delicious without any fishy smell.

Cooking Instructions
- 1
Cut each piece of salted mackerel into 6 portions.
If there are any dorsal or tail fins on the skin, remove them. - 2
Place the cut mackerel in a plastic bag, add vinegar and soy sauce, and mix to coat evenly.
If you have time, let it marinate for about 15 minutes. - 3
Just before cooking, add potato starch to the bag, enough to coat the mackerel evenly.
- 4
Add olive oil or vegetable oil to a frying pan, and cook the mackerel, skin side down, over medium heat.
- 5
Once the skin is crispy, flip and cook until both sides are crispy and done!
