Sweet & Savory Fried Mackerel

I like grilled mackerel, but when I get a little tired of it, this dish is perfect.
Step 2: To shorten the marinating time, put the mackerel into a bag, rub well, deflate the bag, and leave for 15 minutes
Step 3: Shake off the excess katakuriko if you sprinkle too much.
The mackerel cooks quickly, so fry with just a little oil. For 4 servings. Recipe by Terayome

Follow these three tips and you'll have a scrumptious dish that'll be loved by all.Tip 1. Pour hot water on the fish. It's an extra step, but it helps remove the odor and drains it.Tip 2. Add the fish once the sauce has come to a boil.Tip 3. Simmer in a short time. It avoids the filet from flaking and also prevents from becoming hard.I sliced one mackerel into 2, and cut them half. Delicious Mackerel and Deep Fried Tofu with a Thick and Sweet Vinegar Sauce Delicious Mackerel and Deep Fried Tofu with a Thick and Sweet Vinegar Sauce
I love deep fried mackerel (mackerel tatsutaage). I wanted to make it more delicious as well as eat more vegetables with it, so I thought of this recipe. It will have a more strong taste if you add grated garlic to the B ingredients. Either way is good! You will need to fry the mackerel a bit longer if it has a backbone. Deep fry it for about 5 minutes in that case. For 5 to 6 servings. Recipe by Mamemame cookpad.japan -
Fried Diced Haddock in a Sweet-Savory Sauce Fried Diced Haddock in a Sweet-Savory Sauce
I wanted to get my kids, who are very particular about what they eat, to eat fish! I made the haddock into cute diced fried bits, like I used to have in my school lunches.Fresh haddock is the most delicious, but if you don't have any, sweet-salted haddock can also be used as-is. If you're using salted haddock and you feel it's too salty, soak it in light salt water (1 liter of water with a tablespoon of salt) for 3-4 hours to remove the saltiness.
