Surprisingly Easy! Whipped Cream

You can make whipped cream without relying on a mixer. The origin of this recipe: I don't have an electric mixer, so I thought about how to whip cream efficiently with a whisk. It took about 3 and a half minutes using a whisk.
Cooking Instructions
- 1
Before pouring the cream into a bowl, shake the entire carton for about 1 minute.
- 2
Pour the shaken heavy cream into a bowl with the granulated sugar.
- 3
Before the bubbles disappear, move the whisk back and forth to create fine bubbles.
- 4
Once you see a lot of fine bubbles on the surface, start whipping the cream more thoroughly with the whisk.
- 5
If your hand gets tired, you can go back to moving the whisk back and forth. This is the part where you need to persevere. Keep moving the whisk!
- 6
Gradually, the bubbles will disappear (or rather, become finer) and the cream will start to thicken. Just a little more!
- 7
Once you reach this point, you're almost there. Peaks will form.
- 8
Beyond step 7, the cream can quickly become grainy and won't return to its previous state, so be careful.
- 9
