Ingredients

7-inch round pan
  1. 400 gplain yogurt
  2. 100 gpancake mix
  3. 50-80 gjam of your choice or sugar
  4. 2eggs
  5. 3 tablespoonsvegetable oil

Cooking Instructions

    Preheat the oven to 350°F.
    Grease the pan and dust with flour (not included in ingredients) or line with parchment paper.

    Put all the ingredients in a bowl, mix well, pour into the pan, and bake in the preheated oven at 350°F for about 55-70 minutes.
