Super Easy Cheesecake with Yogurt and Pancake Mix Super Easy Cheesecake with Yogurt and Pancake Mix
I wanted to make a healthier version of cheesecake using plain yogurt instead of cheese.Using yogurt means this cake is healthier than your average cheesecake.Adding a little bit of lemon juice makes this even more delicious. It's not that sweet, so you could add 100 g of jam or sugar if you like!If you leave it in the refrigerator overnight, it will become even richer. Super Quick Yogurt Cheesecake with Pancake Mix Super Quick Yogurt Cheesecake with Pancake Mix
I wanted to make a cake using pancake mix but wanted to eliminate the peculiar taste that the mix has. Since yogurt is budget-friendly and it lasts a long time, you can make this cake anytime you want.Once it is done cooking, wrap it with plastic wrap and flip it upside-down to prevent it from shrinking. It is very moist the next day and really fluffly on the day you bake it. For two loaf pan: 18 x 8 x 6 cm [7 x 3 1/4 x 2 1/4 in]. Recipe by Totoha cookpad.japan -

Moist Chocolate Cake Made with Yogurt and Pancake Mix Moist Chocolate Cake Made with Yogurt and Pancake Mix
I wanted to eat a moist chocolate cake, but I'm also watching my calories. So, I decided to try making some with the yogurt I always eat and it was super moist! And it was so delicious. If melting the chocolate in the microwave, only do so if your microwave has an oven function so you can just leave it to melt in the residual heat from the oven. If it looks like it's going to burn while baking, cover with aluminum foil. The cake in the picture was made with 100 g of pancake mix.If you use 80 g of pancake mix, it's more chocolately because the ratio of chocolate is higher. However, this makes it more likely to burn, so be careful! Recipe by tama-ma cookpad.japan -
A Rich Cheesecake with Okara and Yogurt A Rich Cheesecake with Okara and Yogurt
This is a thick and filling cheesecake. I thought that adding okara would make it spongier and yet healthier. That's how I managed to put this together. The cake moistness depends on the okara. If it's too dry, adjust with soy milk or yogurt. On the other hand, add flour if it's too runny. I recommend you add a decent amount of salt. It's only fairly sweet due to the honey, so add sugar, jam, or mirin if you'd like. Go ahead and make your own variation. For 1 loaf pan. Recipe by sayata cookpad.japan -

A cheesecake Made with Yogurt A cheesecake Made with Yogurt
Since the yogurt was on sale, I thought I'd make a healthy cheesecake. My husband said that he thought that this deceptive "cheesecake" would taste weak, but despite it being made of yogurt, it was delicious!Surprise your eaters with the hidden ingredient! There are not hints, just mix all the ingredients .It's best to drain the yogurt the day before you make this cake. If you don't drain it enough, the finished cake will be soggy.Any cake pan is okay! Because I used an 18 cm pan, it baked into a thin cake. Recipe by Chemy cookpad.japan -
