Ingredients

Serves 4 servings
  1. 4eggplants
  2. 1 tablespoonsesame oil
  3. 3 1/3 cupsdashi stock (about 800 ml)
  4. Miso, to taste
  5. 1green onion

Cooking Instructions

    Peel the eggplants and cut them into bite-sized pieces. Soak the cut eggplants in water for about 5 minutes to remove bitterness. Slice the green onion thinly.
