My mother often used to make this miso soup, and it's my favorite. And now my children love it!

Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 1/2 bunchChinese chives
  2. 1Eggs
  3. 600 mlDashi stock
  4. 1Miso (any type)

Cooking Instructions

    Cut the Chinese chive into 2 cm length. Pour the dashi stock into a pot, add the Chinese chives and simmer until soft. Add the miso and boil. Swirl in the beaten egg slowly little by little, and immediately turn off the heat. Cover with a lid and let cook.
