Just Mix and Cook! Easy French Toast

When I have lots of frozen bread, I make French toast with it. It's a tasty way to empty out your freezer.
Here are some French toast recipes:
Cheese French Toast,
Cocoa French ToastMilk Tea French ToastMatcha French ToastFrozen bread doesn't absorb the ingredients very well, so put the coated bread from Step 1 in the microwave (at 500 W) for 1 minute to warm it up a little, then flip over and microwave for 1 more minute. This should help the egg mixture soak into the bread.
This will shorten the time it takes to cook it later. For 1 serving. Recipe by Satokopanta-ni

Ingredients

1 serving
  1. 1Sliced bread (from a 6-slice loaf)
  2. 100 mlMilk
  3. 1Egg
  4. 1 tbspSugar
  5. 1 tbspButter (or margarine)
  6. 1 dashPowdered sugar

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Slice the bread. Mix the milk, egg and sugar and let the bread soak.

  2. 2

    Spread butter in the frying pan and pan-fry the bread.

  3. 3

    When it looks like this, it's done.

  4. 4

    It's really good with powdered sugar or maple syrup.
