Just Mix and Cook! Easy French Toast

When I have lots of frozen bread, I make French toast with it. It's a tasty way to empty out your freezer.
Here are some French toast recipes:
Cheese French Toast,
Cocoa French ToastMilk Tea French ToastMatcha French ToastFrozen bread doesn't absorb the ingredients very well, so put the coated bread from Step 1 in the microwave (at 500 W) for 1 minute to warm it up a little, then flip over and microwave for 1 more minute. This should help the egg mixture soak into the bread.
This will shorten the time it takes to cook it later. For 1 serving. Recipe by Satokopanta-ni

My baguettes were getting hard, so I used them to make french toast. To make it more glamorous, I added brandy and vanilla essence just like how I regularly make whipped cream. It was so delicious that I posted the recipe. You could slightly modify the amount of sugar. If you like it less sweet, decrease to 1.5 tablespoon. It will become more sweet when served with honey or maple syrup, so you could adjust the sweetness there, if you'd like. Made With Frozen Bread! Easy and Fluffy French Toast Made With Frozen Bread! Easy and Fluffy French Toast
If you live alone, you end up with lots of extra frozen bread... So I was wondering what I could do to make it into a delicious dish, and ended up with this fluffy french toast.Piercing holes in the bread with a fork helps the flavors penetrate easily. Also, microwaving the bread allows it to soak up the egg liquid while thawing at the same time.If you are making it for 2, you can double the recipe. Or, you can increase the amount of milk and butter only!If you prefer to let the flavors soak into the bread even more, soak the bread at Step 3 for 5-20 minutes.Do not forget to flip the bread.
