Just Mix and Cook: Matcha French Toast

I was a bit bored with regular French toast, so I made a series of variations. They are more catered toward an adult palate.
It may look like the matcha is not mixed well in the photo above, but when you cook the toast the unevenness disappears and it becomes very pretty.
The key is to flip the toast over very carefully with a spatula. Recipe by Satokopanta-ni

My son loves French toast so I make it a lot. I made some milk tea for him, but he didn't drink it and I didn't want to either, but it was a waste to just throw away. I tried using it to make French toast and it was delicious. So I turned it into a recipe. The steeping time in Step 3 not only cools the mixture down a bit, it also increases the flavor and fragrance, so don't skip it.Don't try to press more tea out of the teabag; you'll be releasing more bitterness from the leaves.
