Breakfast in 5 Minutes! Easy Fluffy French Toast

I didn't have much time but I wanted to eat French toast!! It's too much of a hassle to soak the bread overnight, so I made a short cut by using the microwave!! These slices of French toast are so fluffy!
Microwaving time is only a guide, feel free to adjust it. It's fine to just warm them up slightly. Recipe by Miniminion

Steps
- 1
Put the ★ ingredients in a deep dish and mix together.
- 2
Slice the sandwich bread into halves, coat both sides evenly with the mixture from Step 1, and microwave uncovered for 40 seconds at 500 W. Flip them over and microwave for another 40 seconds.
- 3
Melt the butter in a heated frying pan, and pan-fry the slices of bread. When both sides are golden brown, transfer to a plate and drizzle on honey if you like.
