Ingredients

Serves 3–4 servings
  1. 150–200g ground pork
  2. 1onion ●
  3. 1carrot ●
  4. 1eggplant ●
  5. 1 dashsake ☆
  6. About 1/4 cup water (50cc) ☆
  7. 1 dashsoy sauce ☆
  8. 1 dashsauce ☆
  9. 2 blockscurry roux

Cooking Instructions

    Finely chop all the ● vegetables. (For a chunkier texture, chop coarsely♪)

    Combine all ☆ ingredients.

  3. 3

    Sauté the vegetables and ground pork over medium heat.

  4. 4

    When the ground pork turns whitish, add the combined seasonings from step 2 and cook quickly.

    Turn off the heat, season with curry roux, and it's done.

    Top with a poached egg if you like for extra yumminess☆
