  1. 1large pack (about 9 oz) pork shoulder, thinly sliced
  2. 1onion
  3. 1 packshimeji mushrooms
  4. 2 teaspoonsvegetable oil
  5. 1 cmgarlic paste
  6. 3 cmginger paste
  7. 1/2 cupwater
  8. 2 tablespoonsketchup
  9. 1 tablespooneach of sake, tonkatsu sauce, soy sauce, and honey
  10. Salt, pepper, and cornstarch to taste

Cooking Instructions

    Sprinkle the pork with salt and pepper, then lightly coat with cornstarch.
