Ingredients

  2. 1/4 cupshortening (about 50g)
  3. 1/4 cuplight brown sugar (about 50g)
  4. 2 tablespoonsmilk (about 30ml)
  5. 1/2medium egg
  6. 1 dashvanilla extract
  7. 3/4 cupall-purpose flour (about 100g)
  8. 1/2 teaspoonbaking soda (about 2g)
  9. 1/2 teaspoonsalt (about 2g)

Cooking Instructions
