Cooking Instructions

Heat a frying pan and add sesame oil. Stir-fry the bell peppers until they start to soften, then set them aside on a plate.

Lightly coat the chicken thigh pieces with cornstarch. Reheat the frying pan, add sesame oil, and cook the chicken starting with the skin side down.

Cook until the chicken is nicely browned.

Add the bell peppers and the sauce ingredients to the chicken and mix well.
