I love the aroma and texture of mushrooms paired with beef. I used to cook them with braised beef broth, but today I tried using a tomato beef sauce instead. This super quick beef stew-style mushroom dish is ready in no time.

♥ You can substitute fresh tomatoes with canned tomatoes or pasta sauce.

 

♥ Sautéing onions or adding basil can enhance the flavor. Sprinkle some grated cheese (or melt a slice of cheese) for a richer taste.

  4. 2 clovesgarlic
  5. 1 packagemushrooms
  6. Seasonings

  9. 1 tablespoonrice wine
  10. 1 teaspoonsugar
  11. 2 teaspoonsvinegar
