Ingredients

Serves 2 servings
  1. 2 packsudon noodles
  2. 3.5-5 ozpork
  3. 3-3.5 ozkimchi
  4. 1/2 bagbean sprouts
  5. 1/3 bunchgarlic chives
  6. 1 tablespoon●sake
  7. 2 teaspoons●mirin
  8. 1 teaspoon●gochujang
  9. 1 teaspoon●soy sauce
  10. 1 teaspoon●chicken bouillon powder
  11. 1 tablespoonvegetable oil (for frying)
  12. 1 dashsesame oil (for finishing)
  13. 1 dashtoasted sesame seeds (for topping)

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Rinse the bean sprouts quickly and drain. Cut the garlic chives into 2-inch pieces, and cut the pork and kimchi into bite-sized pieces. Mix the ● seasonings together.

    Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat and add the pork to stir-fry.

    Once the pork is cooked, add the bean sprouts and kimchi and stir-fry.

    When everything is cooked, add the udon noodles. Lower the heat slightly, add the ● seasonings, and stir-fry to separate the noodles and evaporate the moisture.

    Once the noodles are separated, add the garlic chives and stir-fry.

    Add a dash of sesame oil and stir-fry everything together.
