Cooking Instructions

Mix all the ingredients except the vegetables.

Pour into a microwave-safe dish. I used about 1/6 cup (2 ladles). Add your favorite vegetables. Cut the pumpkin into 1 cm cubes and microwave for 3 minutes at 600W to pre-cook.

Microwave for 1 minute and 10 seconds. In my case, since the spinach was stored in the freezer, I microwaved it for 1 and a half minutes.

Remove from the dish and it's ready to serve.

You can also add bananas, raisins, or cheese for extra flavor.
