Microwave Steamed Rice Flour Bread

I wanted to give my daughter, who has wheat, egg, and milk allergies, some bread to eat.
My son, who does not have allergies, also likes this.
Since I make these as baby food, I don't usually add sugar, but you can if you prefer Even if you don't add it, the slightly sweet rice flour is still delicious.
The amount of soy milk will depend on the amount of dry ingredients and rice flour. It shouldn't be too smooth, but it shouldn't be too thick either. Adjust accordingly. Recipe by kaopomme

Cooking Instructions
- 1
Combine the ingredients in order from the top to the bottom. Pour in the soy milk gradually as you mix.
- 2
You can either mix the banana into the batter or you can use it as a topping.
- 3
Pour the batter into the muffin cups and microwave at 600W for 1.5 minutes. Once they have cooked all the way through, they're done.
- 4
Instead of kinako and sugar in the batter, I mixed in some apples and boiled raisins into the batter and topped with more raisins.

Fluffy Even with Rice Flour! Steamed Bread in a Microwave Fluffy Even with Rice Flour! Steamed Bread in a Microwave
I used to make steamed bread for my son who had allergies, but it was hard for him to eat when it was chewy. I wanted him to eat a fluffy one as if it was made with flour, and I arrive at this recipe after many experiments. When you add water, the batter should be thick. If the batter is too soft, please add more rice flour. You can slightly adjust the amount of ingredients. Recipe by Kana-da cookpad.japan -
Steamed Bread with Rice Flour Steamed Bread with Rice Flour
Steamed bread made with rice flour instead of wheat flour makes bread that doesn't go hard as quickly, so I recommend this method. After a few experiments I tried adding more sugar to this recipe to improve the flavour. When steaming the bread, please make sure the steamer is steaming before adding the bread.Steaming the bread over high heat will give them a nice texture. You can make 4 muffin cups instead if you'd prefer. in that case, steam them for 15 minutes. Gluten-Free Fluffy Rice Flour Steamed Bread Gluten-Free Fluffy Rice Flour Steamed Bread
My 17 month old has a lot of allergies, including flour. I wanted him to be able to enjoy a fluffy bread so I've been trying out various recipes.Using ideas from various recipes, I finally settled on this.Place the muffin cups into the steamer while it's piping hot, and heat them while the water is boiling. Don't open the lid while they are steaming. If you are unable to eat dairy products and will be using soy milk, I think you should add a little bit more than the recipe states? I had some rice flour left over, so I tried making sweets using the silicone steamer my mother bought.I'm using a small steamer case, so if you're using a regular sized one, you might want to double the amounts. Easy Microwave 'Amazake' Sweet Rice Malt Steamed Bread Easy Microwave 'Amazake' Sweet Rice Malt Steamed Bread
Fermented foods are supposed to be good for you, so I made this with amazake. It's a quick snack you can make for children.I used a concentrated amazake, so I diluted it to a drinkable state and used 120 g. If you use ramekins, cook the bread one at a time. In this case, I think it'd be good if you put something like bean paste in the center and top with something like amanatto (sweetened adzuki beans) or pickled cherry blossom petals. I used a ziploc container, but use whatever heatproof container you have. Microwave steamed bread will become hard when cooled, so be sure to eat it while still warm. Fluffy Rice Flour Milky Hearth Bread Fluffy Rice Flour Milky Hearth Bread
I wanted to try making something with rice flour. This milky hearth bread is easy to make with the bread maker and doesn't require a first rising. This milky hearth bread looks cute when sliced from the notches cut into the top. If you don't have a bread knife to cut the notches, you can use a double-edged razor that can usually be found at hardware stores to cleanly slice through. Notch the center first and then slice 2 slits on either side. Recipe by Keichannopatoka- cookpad.japan -

Bread Maker Rice & Rye Flour Bread Bread Maker Rice & Rye Flour Bread
I wanted to make bread in a bread maker using healthy ingredients!! So I used amazake instead of sugar, omitted unnecessary ingredients and made this using simple ingredients.-When adding the rice and rye flour, pour in the center to make into a mountain.-Add the amazake, salt, and water to the corners of the case not to disturb the flour mountain.-If you try to cut the bread while it's still warm, it'll basically be like mochi, it'll stick to the knife and you won't get a clean cut. This recipe is a variation of "Easy, Springy Non-Oil Steamed Bread".I had a craving for macrobiotic oatmeal steamed buns. You can use the oatmeal as is, but the texture will become moist and chewy if you take the trouble to pulverize it into a powder. You can prevent condensation from dripping onto the buns by wrapping the steamer lid in cloth, and fixing it with a rubber band.
