Baby Solid Food Banana Steamed Bread in a Microwave

I wanted to make an easy snack when I didn't have pancake mix. When you eat it with kids, if you buy a store-bought steam bread for babies, it's small and expensive.
To remove the bread, run a skewer around the outer edge of the container, then it will easily come off. Adding oil makes it fluffy and easy to remove from the container. Adding sugar makes it chewy. But this is for babies, so I didn't add too much. Recipe by Akito mama

Banana & Sweet Potato Steamed Bread Banana & Sweet Potato Steamed Bread
My son helps me out prepare these. The container I used was a 236 ml round Ziploc container. Because I used a very ripe banana, it was sweet enough even without sugar. I mashed the sweet potato into a paste to make it easier for kids to eat, but I think it would also be delicious if you cut the sweet potato into small cubes. Recipe by Mameichigo cookpad.japan -
Microwave Steamed Bread - Safe Even For Nursing Mothers Microwave Steamed Bread - Safe Even For Nursing Mothers
Since I have a tendency to get mastitis and my child has food allergies, I wanted to make a low-sugar steamed bread without dairy or egg products. Since the recipe is so easy, the result may not look so good, but they are perfect as a fuss-free snack! Using rice flour makes them even more filling. For those concerned about using instant cocoa mix due to dairy allergies, substitute cocoa mix with 1/2 tablespoons of sugar. The amount of cocoa mix at 1 tablespoon gives it a mild sweetness. Or for baby food, try using powdered milk instead. Even reducing the baking powder to 1/2 teaspoon gives enough rise! Adjust the ingredients when mixing to achieve the thick creaminess of the batter as in the photo in Step 2. For 1 serving. Recipe by hikochan2 cookpad.japan -
