Ingredients

  1. 6 slicesBread
  2. 1/2cksp Veg Oil
  3. 1/2Onions finely chopped
  4. 1 cupmushroom (finely chopped)
  5. 2fresh tomatoes finely chopped
  6. 2fresh pepper finely chopped
  7. 3eggs beaten

Cooking Instructions

    Heat up frying pan and pour vegetable oil after 30secs, add onions and saute for 10secs, then add mushrooms,

    Stir continuously, then add Tomatoes and pepper, allow it fry through for another 3mins,

  3. 3

    Add beaten eggs and scramble till its cook through

  4. 4

    For the Pan Toast: remove eggs from the frying pan; low the heat; place sliced bread on the pan and turn over once the other side is toasted

  5. 5

    Serve Pan Toast with this chewy delicious mushroom egg sauce
