Ingredients

  1. 1 1/2c.mashed ripe bananas
  2. 1 tspsalt
  3. 1 tspbaking soda
  4. 1 1/4c.flour
  5. 1 packageinstant banana pudding mix
  6. 1/2 c.vegetable oil
  7. 1/2 c.Apple sauce
  8. 1 tspvanilla
  9. 1 1/2c.sugar
  10. 2eggs beat
  11. optional crushed nuts (about 1/2cup)

Cooking Instructions

    Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl.

    Mix all wet ingredients

  3. 3

    Mix all wet ingredients together with the dry, blend well.

  4. 4

    If you choose to add nuts do so at this time.

    Heat oven to 350°

  6. 6

    Pour mix into greased bread pan /muffin pan.

  7. 7

    Cook muffins about 24 minutes, or until tooth pick comes​ out clean.

    Cook in bread pan about 45 minutes, or until tooth pick comes​out clean.

  9. 9
