Ingredients

  1. 500 gChicken
  2. Salt 1\2
  3. 1\2 teaspoon of garlic
  4. Salt
  5. 2sliced onions
  6. Thyme
  7. Pepper
  8. Jellof rice
  9. 4 cupsrice
  10. Grinded pepper
  11. Salt
  12. 2 sachettomatos
  13. Crayfish
  14. Thyme
  15. Groundnut oilh6p53

Cooking Instructions

    Wash the chicken,add maggi,salt,1\2 spoon of garlic,thyme,with onions and steam to have taste

  2. 2

    After it been steamed set it aside put your frying on the fire and add groundnut oil fry your chicken to be brown

  3. 3

    Wash your rice and perboil it
    Set it aside when done

  4. 4

    Add groundnut oil into the pot add your onions,maggi,thyme,and tomatoes leave it for about 2 mins

  5. 5

    Add your chicken water to it turn and leave it to boil for 5 mins

  6. 6

    Add your rice and and crayfish leave it to boil for 10mins

  7. 7

    Serve with chicken and any drink
