Ingredients

  1. 150 gmcut cluster beans
  2. 1chopped onion
  3. 1chopped tomato
  4. 2-3 tablespooncrushed peanut
  5. 1 tablespoonKanda lahsun masala
  6. 1/2 teaspoonsalt
  7. 1/2 teaspooncumin seeds
  8. 1/2 teaspoonmustard seeds
  9. 1 tablespoonoil

    First of all take cluster beans wash throughly. Then cut it into pieces now take a pan and add oil in it. keep an on medium flame add oil and then add cumin seeds and mustard seeds and make the tadka. Then add chopped onion in it.

    When onion become transparent add chopped tomatoes. Add salt so that tomato cook early now and cluster beans fry it for 2 minutes then and water and keep plate on it now for 8 to 10 minutes keep pan on medium flame

    When water is soaked add crushed a peanut also you can add Chopped coriander. Make set well serve it hot with chapati roti bhakri in tiffin box as well as in lunch or dinner.
