Ingredients

  1. 1 packagebeef shank
  2. 1 candiced tomatoes
  3. 1zucchini
  4. 1 packagemushrooms
  5. 2 teaspoonsItalian seasoning
  6. 2 teaspoonsrosemary
  7. 2 teaspoonsHungarian paprika
  8. 4 teaspoonsAnshi Xiaopin seasoned salt

Cooking Instructions

    ▪️Slice the beef shank thinly, marinate with some olive oil and spices, and let it sit for 15 minutes.
    ▪️Heat a pan and cook the beef until half done, then set aside.
    ▪️In the same pan, cook the zucchini until half done, then set aside.

    In the same pan, add a little olive oil and sauté the mushrooms, then add the canned tomatoes and cook until fragrant. Add the beef.
