Cooking Instructions

Marinade the the pork chop with soy sauce, lime, garlic, salt and pepper for 20 min.

Cut the onion in circle shape and fry them in the pan with olive oil (do not over cook) then set aside the onion.

In the same pan. Fry the pork chop in a low heat. Cover it with the lid and add the rest of the marinade sauce little by little until the meat is tender and ready to be serve. Once cooked add the onions on top.
