Ingredients

2-3 servings
  1. 3/4 litremilk
  2. 5-6 strandskesar
  3. Few drops kevda essence or
  4. 2cardamom pod crushed seeds
  5. As neededsugar
  6. As neededmilk bread slices
  7. 2 tspdry fruits/pistachios powder
  8. Dry fruits/rose petals/tutti fruiti for garnishing

Cooking Instructions

    First boil the milk in a pan. Add dry fruits powder. Simmer it on low flame till it reduces to half the quantity.

    Add kesar and sugar. Meanwhile prepare bread slices by cutting them in round shape with the help of a small glass or lid.

    Simmer it for another few minutes till it becomes thick.

    Cool it down completely. Add kesar water and kevda essence.

    Refrigerate and pour over the prepared bread slices. Garnish with chopped pistachios/dry fruits and kesar strands. It's ready. Serve chilled.
