Ingredients

  1. 2 tbspgram flour
  2. 2 clovesgarlic
  3. 1 inchginger
  4. 2green chillies
  5. 2 tbspcoriander leaves
  6. 1 tspSalt
  7. 1/2 cupWater (more if needed)
  8. 4-5 tbspOil to shallow fry
  9. Paneer filling:
  10. 1onion(finely chopped)
  11. 1/2 cuppaneer(crumbled)
  12. 1 tspcumin powder
  13. 1/2 tspred chilli powder
  14. 1/4 tspturmeric powder
  15. 2 tbspfresh coriander leaves
  16. 1/2 tspsalt

Cooking Instructions

    In a blender, add moong sprouts, garlic, ginger, chillies, spinach, coriander leaves, salt and water. Blend until it’s a liquid consistency. Add the gram flour, mix well and set aside until ready to use.

    Now make the filling by adding onion, crumbled paneer, capsicum, green chilli, red chilli powder, cumin powder, turmeric powder, coriander, salt and mix well.

    Add dry masala and salt when you want to cook the chilla..same way add black pepper powder and salt in the stuffing when it is to be cooked otherwise it will become runny. Also prepare green chutney to be served.

    On a hot nonstick pan, spread the ladle full of the batter evenly starting from the center in a circular way in clockwise motion into a chilla. Drizzle the oil around.

    Now Spread the paneer mixture. Fold it and enjoy the chilla with green chutney and tomato ketchup!!!
