Tinde(apple gaurd)with paneer stuffing

Ingredients

4 person
  1. 250 gmsTinde (apple gaurd)
  2. For stuffing
  3. 200 gmsPaneer
  4. 1/4 tbsRed chilli powder
  5. 1/4 tbsCoriander powder
  6. to tasteSalt
  7. 1Green chilli chopped
  8. 1 tbspFresh coriander chopped
  9. 1/4 tbsGinger chopped
  10. Gravy
  11. 2big size tomato
  12. 2green chilli,
  13. 1 tbspginger garlic paste
  14. 1 tbspturmeric powder
  15. 1/2 tbsred chilli powder
  16. 1 tbscoriander powder,
  17. 1/2tbs jeera seed
  18. 2 tbsoil for cooking
  19. 2 tbsfreshly chopped coriander leaves
  20. 1 tbsgaram masala powder
  21. clove2
  22. 2green cardamom
  23. 1 inchcinnamon stick
  24. 1bay leaf

Cooking Instructions

    First make stuffing for it grate paneer and add all ingredients of stuffing and keep it a side

  2. 2

    Now wash all tinde and peel all of it and cut according to the picture it may hollow with the help of knife or spoon

  3. 3

    Pour the stuffing paneer mixture into the tinde cover the top of tinde like photo

  4. 4

    In a pan add oil when properly hot jeera seed,clove, crush cardamom

  5. 5

    Add cinnamon stick, bay leaf

  6. 6

    Stir all now add ginger garlic paste and chopped tomatoes, green chilli stir 1 minute

  7. 7

    Add all spices of gravy and stir for 2 minute now add filled tinde

  8. 8

    Stir and cook in pressure cooker for about two whistle

  9. 9

    Now add garam masala and green coriander and serve with paratha or roti
