Ingredients

  1. 3cups fresh yellow maize
  2. 2 cupbeans
  3. 2 cuppalm oil
  4. to tastesalt
  5. 2onion bulb medium
  6. 3 tablespoondry pepper(grinded)
  7. 1 cupakpaka
  8. 2 bunchgarden egg leaf
  9. 2 bunchpumpkin leaf

    Wash and blend maize keep separately.

    Get a clean pot place on heat,add water,wash beans and put inside the pot.

    Wash and slice pumpkin leaf.

    Wash and slice garden egg leaf

  5. 5

    Immediately the beans start boiling use the sliced garden egg leaf to cover the surface.

    Pour the maize paste in a bowl add 1 cup of oil and salt stir very well.

    Then pour the mixture on the top of the garden egg leaf cover the pot allow to heat for 30min

    Then add pumpkin leaf stir together everything heat for 3min. Turn off heat.

    Wash and chop onions

    Get another pot place on heat add palm oil,onions,pepper,akpaka,salt and little water.

    Allow to heat for 3 min then pour sauce into the first pot and stir.

    Food is ready maize meal is so so delicious get it a taste.
