Cooking Instructions

Wash and blend maize to paste and keep separately.wash and slice pumpkin leaf.

Get pressure pot put plenty water add pigeon bean cover and place on heat allow to boil for 30min
- 3
Remove from pot and wash.pour maize paste in bowl add two cup palm oil,salt and stir very well.

Get a clean pot add the washed pigeon beans,place on heat add the bitterleaf to cover the surface of the pigeon beans.

Pour the paste on the bitterleaf allow to boil for 20 min,add pumpkin leaf then stir everything together.Turn off heat.

Wash and chop onion thinly.Get a pan place on heat add palm oil,onion,pepper,akpaka and little water then salt.

Allow to heat for 5 min.Then pour sauce into the first pot stir the ingredient together correctly.

Maize meal and pigeon beans is ready.So delicious local meal is very nutritious.
