  1. 250 gmstring beans
  2. 1 tbspred chilli powder
  3. 2 tbspgroundnut powder
  4. 2 tbspcoconut powder
  5. 1tomato
  6. 1 tbspcoriander powder
  7. 2green chilli
  8. For tadaka
  9. 1 tspmustard seeds
  10. 1 tspjeera
  11. 1 tspasafoetida
  12. leavesCurry

Cooking Instructions

    Wash the beans and cut into small pieces with knife

    Put the kadai on the low flame and add oil, asafoetida mustard seeds,jeera,curry leaves,green chilli, turmeric powder now add tamator cook for 2 min,now add beans and stir, cook this for 2 min

    Now add coconut powder,chilli powder, salt as per taste

  4. 4

    Cover with lead stir in between add 2 tbsp water and cook this for 4 to 5 min

  5. 5

    Add ground nut powder stir well add coriander leaves and serve hot with chapati or roti
