Ingredients

  1. 100 gmRava (semolina)
  2. 20 gmpeas
  3. 1onion
  4. 1tomato
  5. 10-15curry leaves
  6. 1 tbspRai
  7. 1 teaspoonurad daal
  8. 1 tbspsalt
  9. 2green chilli
  10. 2 tbspoil
  11. 20 gmCoriander leaves to garnish
  12. 300 gmwater
  13. 4-6cashews

Cooking Instructions

    Firstly take a wok add rava in it and roast it for 5 minutes and take it out in 1 plate.Then chop all the vegetables you have.

    Now take a wok heat the oil add curry leaves and Rai,then add all the vegetables and cook it for 2-3 minutes.

    Then add semolina in it and mix it.Then add water in it and stir it till it gets thicken.

    Garnish it with coriander leaves and cashews and serve it hot.
