Rich Milk Pancakes Rich Milk Pancakes
Pancakes are quite popular, so I wanted to hop on the bandwagon.I used some leftover heavy cream in my fridge.Once adding the sugar to the eggs, beat well until white so that you have a soft, lump-free pancake. I recommend using a hand mixer. You can freeze it, so if you make a lot, you can heat them up in the microwave on busy mornings or for snacks! Recipe by yaburie cookpad.japan -
Buttermilk pancakes Buttermilk pancakes
I got this recipe from a youtube channel and it ended up being the best pancakes I've ever tried. Not just over the top sugar like most recipes, but fluffy with a good salt to it to add the savory to the sweet of proper maple syrup and butter. Jacob Buffington -
Norwegian Egg Pancakes Norwegian Egg Pancakes
A family favorite recipe. These pancakes are softer and more eggy than a standard crepe. Takes a bit of finesse to flip, but quick and easy when you get the hang of it. Plan on 2-3 pancakes per person. supernanny -
Soufflé Pancakes Soufflé Pancakes
I was craving those famous soufflé pancakes you eat in a cafe, and so this is my attempt to recreate the dish.Although these pancakes are slightly sweetened, it actually makes quite a nice breakfast since they are pancakes after all. Or, you can try them with all sorts of flavors...This is my new favorite pancake recipe. These pancakes will rise when baked, but they will shrivel slightly immediately after they're done. They won't shrink any more after that even when they've cooled down, so you can heat them up before serving.Whipped milk and other creams go well too, since these pancakes are quite fluffy. My favourite pancake recipe My favourite pancake recipe
The first food I've ever made myself was either fried eggs or pancakes. And from then on, I've tried TONS of different pancake recipes. Recently, I came across this amazing recipe from Chefsteps, so full credit to their team pancake! (Go Nick!) https://www.chefsteps.com/activities/light-fluffy-pancakesBEST RECIPE EVER. I always end up feeling gross after eating a lot of pancakes but these are extremely light, with a bit of a bite to the exterior. LOVE IT.Decided to post it here because they use grams and I convert on the spot every single time, so might as well do it once and save it. ArethaEats -
