Steps

Bring chicken with 500ml water to a boil and remove the water afterward

Chop all the veggies

Boil 500ml of water and add the chicken

Add soy sauce, Mirin, sugar, garlic, sesame oil and boil for 10 min

Add veggies and boil for another 10-15 min

Add rice cakes and glass noodles and boil for another 6 min

Garnish with spring onions (scallions) and sesasme seeds
