Moong Dal Chilla
Cooking Instructions

Soak the moong dal overnight.

In mixer add soaked moong dal, garlic cloves, ginger, curry leaves, green chilli pieces, salt and some water. Blend smooth.

Now add cumin powder and carrom seeds in it and mix well. Now add spring onion and mix.

Heat tawa. Apply oil on it. Pour the ready mixture on tawa. Place some spring onion on it. Make chila. Roast both sides with drizzling oil on sides. Moong dal chila is ready to serve.
