  1. 1/4 th cup soaked green moong dal
  2. 1/4 th cup soaked yellow moong dal
  3. 1green chilli chopped
  4. 1 inch piece of ginger
  5. 4-5garlic cloves
  6. 1 tbspgramflour
  7. 1 tbspsemolina
  8. 1/2 tspsalt
  9. 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  10. 1 tspred chilli powder
  11. 1/2 cupcabbage chopped
  12. 1 tbspspring onion greens
  13. 2 cupsoil

Cooking Instructions

    Soak the dal in warm water for about 1/2and hour. Blend with green chilli ginger and garlic

    Now add cabbage, spring onion, spices and mix well. Add gramflour and semolina and mix well, add water if necessary

  3. 3

    Heat oil add a spoonful of the batter, Deef fry till golden brown. Serve hot with ketchup or chutney.
