  1. 2 bunchred Amaranth leaves
  2. 4-5Garlic
  3. 1small Onion
  4. 1/4 tspOnion seeds
  5. 2 green chilli
  6. Salt as required
  7. 2 tbspMustard Oil

Cooking Instructions

    Wash Amaranth leaves and discard the Stems.

    Finely chop Amaranth leaves.

    Assemble ingredients.
    In moderately heated pan add Oil, allow to heat, add Nigella seeds and allow to sizzle. Add chopped Onion and sauté for 2 minutes (till golden brown)
    Add chopped Amaranth leaves + green chilli + salt and sauté for 2-3 minutes.

    Leaves shrinks, Cover and cook for 3-4 minutes. Uncover and sauté further 2 minutes, dish is done.
