Ingredients

2 servings
  1. 4 cupsrice
  2. Halfcup of palmoil
  3. 5 cubesknorr
  4. 1 teaspoonsalt
  5. 1onion
  6. 1 tablespoonpepper
  7. 1 sachetground crayfish
  8. 5 cupswater
  9. 4smoked fish(panla)
  10. 1 bunchscent leaf

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Add the 5 cups of water in an empty pot leave to boil for 5 minutes

  2. 2

    Add your palm oil, onions sliced, pepper,crayfish,5cubes of knorr and smoked fish leave to boil for 10minutes

  3. 3

    Add your rice leave for 45 minutes when then rice is soft enough

  4. 4

    Add ur scent leaf sliced leave for 2 minutes

  5. 5

    Food is ready to be served
