This salad is great to serve at a BBQ as a side dish.

Ingredients

Overnight
12 servings
  1. 4 cupsbroccoli slaw
  2. 2 (3 oz.)packages beef ramen soup, broken up
  3. 1/4 cupsugar
  4. 1/2 cupvegetable oil
  5. 1/4 cupwhite vinegar
  6. 1/2 cupsliced almonds
  7. 1/2 cupsunflower seeds

Cooking Instructions

Overnight
  1. 1

    In a saucepan, bring the seasoning packets from the ramen noodles, sugar, vegetable oil and vinegar to a boil until sugar is completely dissolved. Let dressing cool in the refrigerator (over night if possible).

    Mix together remaining ingredients, including the broken up ramen.

    Pour dressing over the salad once ready to serve
