Crispy Chicken Drumsticks Stuffed With Mashed Potatoes & Cheese

Cook the chicken over medium heat. Season the chicken drumsticks with salt and pepper and cook them on both sides. Add the some spices,cover with a lid, and let cook for 45 minutes.

For the cheesy mashed potatoes, combine the mashed potatoes, 1/2 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese, paprika, salt, and pepper. Shred the chicken meat, add it to the cheesy mashed potatoes, and mix well.

Divide the cheesy chicken mixture into 6 even portions. Flatten 1 portion in your hand and sprinkle 1/6 of the remaining shredded mozzarella cheese over it. Place 1 of the chicken bones in the middle and form the mixture around the bone so that it looks like a drumstick. Repeat with the remaining cheesy chicken mixture and bones until you have 6 drumsticks. Freeze the drumsticks for 20 minutes.

Coat the cheesy chicken drumsticks in flour, egg, and bread crumbs. Heat some cooking oil in a large pot to 350°F and fry the drumsticks until golden brown.
