  1. 4 cupsrice
  2. 10big carrot
  3. 10medium green pea
  4. 1medium finger plantain
  5. 1medium bulb onion
  6. 1cucumber
  7. 4medium pepper (blended)
  8. to tastesalt
  9. 3seasoning cubes
  10. 2 cupsvegetable oil
  11. 1kilo chicken

Cooking Instructions

    Wash your carrot, green pea, onion, and cucumber, slice and separate in different bowl.. set aside..

    Wash and blend your pepper

    Wash your chicken with warm salty water.. add seasoning cubes, onion, salt and your blended pepper.. stir and add water put on the fire and allow to cook for 10min.. set aside when ready..

    Wash your rice and put on fire.. allow rice to cook for 10min drain water from the rice.. wash and put back on fire.. add little water.. add your salt, green pea and carrot.. cook till the water drys off

    Put a pot on fire.. pour your vegetables oil.. allow oil to heat.. pour in your carrot,onion and green pea together.. stir pour in your cooked chicken stir and allow to cook for 3min..

    Pill your plantain and put in a bowl slice into any desireable shape.. wash plantain with salty water

    Put a pan on fire.. add vegetable oil.. pour in your plantain batch by batch.. fry till it has a golden brown colour..
