Okra Soup with Eba

Ingredients

  1. 1 kgChicken wings
  2. 15 stickOkra
  3. 5Fresh pepper:
  4. 1 cupdiced Pomo:
  5. 1/2 cupshredded Dry fish:
  6. 1/2 cupPeriwinkle:
  7. 1 headStockfish:
  8. 2Knorr cubes:
  9. 1 1/2cksp Palm oil:

    Wash Chicken wings and Kpomo set aside; Use a grater or food processor to grate okra, wash vegetable leaf ugu, slice and set aside; wash dry fish and set aside

    Boil your chicken wings, stock fish with salt, pepper, stock cube and onion until almost done.  Add a little water to cover the stock.

    Once chicken is tender; add dry fish and the remaining pepper to cooking pot, then add periwinkle, remaining stock cube and salt to taste

    Add red oil and crayfish, stir then add okro and stir continuously after 8mins add ugu leaf cook for another 4minutes and turn off the heat;

    Serve okra soup with hot eba or semo
