Ingredients

  1. 1.5 cupspoha rice / flakes
  2. 1onionchopped medium
  3. 1potato small
  4. pinchasafoetida a small
  5. 2 - 3green chillies
  6. 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  7. coriander leaves
  8. 5 - 6curry leaves
  9. 1 tablespoonlemon juice
  10. as requiredsalt

Cooking Instructions

    Wash poha in running water gently as it should become soft so take care it does not become mushy, add turmeric powder, salt and gently mix with ur hands and keep aside

    In pan add a tablespoon of oil and fry potatoes till it becomes crunchy and keep aside

  3. 3

    In the same pan add onions, chopped green chillies, little hing and saute till onions become transcluent

  4. 4

    After tat add curry leaves and fried potatoes and saute for 1 min on a low flame and add poha, saute it for 2 min on a low flame.

    Add the lemon juice and mix garnish with coriander leaves and yummy poha ready to serve :-)
