Ingredients

  1. 2cucumbers (rub with 1 tsp salt, cut into 3 mm round slices, pat dry with paper towels)
  2. Sesame dressing: (combine all * ingredients)
  3. 3 Tbsp* white toasted sesame seeds(grind well)
  4. 1 Tbsp* mirin
  5. 1/2 Tbsp* soy sauce
  6. 1~2 Tbsp * sugar
  7. 1 pinch* salt
  8. 1boiled egg (separate into yolk and white, dice the white)
  9. 2~3 tsp vinegar vinegar
  10. Toasted white sesame seeds for topping

    Mix sesame dressing and yolk well, add vinegar little by little while tasting.

    Combine step ①'s mixture, cucumber, white of egg and dress well. Sprinkle with toasted white sesame seeds.
