Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 12 Ozmedium uncooked peeled shrimp
  2. 1bell pepper
  3. 1onion
  4. 3Roma tomatoes seeded and chopped
  5. 1/3 cupbutter
  6. 1-1/2 tbsminced garlic
  7. 2 tbslemon juice
  8. 2 tspwhite wine vinegar
  9. 1 tspcrushed red pepper
  10. 2 tbsolive oil
  11. 1/2 lbwhole wheat angel hair

Cooking Instructions

    Heat oil and butter until melted

  2. 2

    Saute onion, bell pepper, and garlic until onions are translucent

  3. 3

    Prepare noodles AL dente

  4. 4

    Add shrimp to saute onion/pepper/garlic

  5. 5

    Add vinegar, lemon, and crushed red pepper

  6. 6

    Cook until shrimp is done

  7. 7

    Add noodles and tomatoes to the pan and toss on low heat to mix it all up.

  8. 8

    If it's not saucy enough, add more olive oil/butter.
