  • 500 glean pork (ground)
  • 1 slicepork belly (ground)
  • Salted mackerel fish (cut dice)
  • 5 pcswater chesnut (chopped)
  • 1/2 pcsginger (sliced)
  • 3garlic (chopped)
  • 3spring onion (sliced only the white part)
  • 1 tspsesame oil
  • 2 tbspshao xing wine
  • 1 tbspsoy sauce
  • 1 tbspstarch
  • 1red chilli (sliced)
  • Salt & pepper

  1. 1

    Prepare all the ingredients

    Mix the ground pork, pork belly, water chesnut, garlic, spring onion, and all the sauce.
