Fresh jollof rice
Steps

Parboil rice wash and keep aside.

Cut,wash and boil fish with knorr cube,salt,and onion.

Allow to boil for 7mins and bring down.cut the tomatoes with pepper.

Place a dry pot on fire,add groundnut oil then sliced onion.

Stir and pour in tomatoes and pepper.allow the tomatoes to dry then add Maggi,salt,crayfish,curry,ginger and garlic.

Stir and pour in the stock allow to fry for 3mins then pour in the stock with enough water for the rice.cover the pot.

Allow to boil very well then pour in the rice stir with wooden soup and cover the pot.put the fish on top.

Check when is dry if the rice is done.check salt.bon appetite
