Ingredients

  1. 2 packscooked udon noodles
  2. 100 gpork (thinly sliced)
  3. 3 leavesCabbage (cut into bite sized pieces)
  4. 3 cmcarrot (cut into small pieces)
  5. 1/2onion (slice thinly)
  6. 1 tbspvegetable oil
  7. 1 tbspsoy sauce
  8. 1 tbspoyster sauce
  9. 1/2-1 Tbspsesame oil
  10. Salt & pepper for seasoning
  11. Dried bonito flakes, red pickled ginger for topping (optional)
  12. mayonnaise, crushed chili pepper (optional)

Cooking Instructions

    Heat the vegetable oil in a pan, stir fry pork and all vegetables until the vegetables are slightly soft.

    Add the cooked noodles and stir fry quickly.

  3. 3

    Add soy sauce, oyster sauce, combine well. To finish it off, pour sesame oil from the edge of the pan to inside of it.

    Season with salt and pepper. Garnish with dried bonito flakes, red pickled ginger, mayonnaise (optional).
